I placed a flower delivery order through someone else in the area. After they were not able to follow through on their promise same-day delivery on Mother’s Day, I ordered through Flowers by Richard. They saved the day and made my stepmother extremely happy to receive her flowers on Mother’s Day! Because I had ordered last-minute they didn’t have the flowers that I had ordered online, but they called me right away and asked me what I had wanted and what they could do for me instead. The flowers that wound up being delivered were even more full and beautiful than what I had originally ordered. The fact that they were still taking orders on Mother’s Day and were able to fulfill the promise and deliver it in a timely fashion means everything! Flowers by Richard goes above and beyond, the communication and delivery of promise makes them far superior to any other floral shop I have dealt with!
