This is the first time I have used this business for flowers. They are elegant, well done, promises kept, promises delivered timely. A five star review, local for Myrtle Beach and you can bet next time i need some, I know where to go. Flowers by Richard, Inc. literally saved Christmas! We ordered a Christmas arrangement for my in-laws the day of Christmas Eve, in a panic when another florist did not come through. The flowers were delivered that day, Christmas Eve, and were absolutely gorgeous! Flowers by Richard did in a few hours what the other florist could not accomplish with three days notice. I would absolutely recommend and trust them with future floral gifts.

FBR has done an amazing job every time I’ve used them. There is another florist in town I used but they became inconsistent with quality and delivery. Thankful I found Flowers by Richard! The shop has a great website and has always been professional with communications and delivery times. As my wife said, “these are the best flowers I have ever sent her. They are bright and fragrant!” PS: she has gotten a lot of flowers over 20 years!

I have ordered flowers from Richard’s many time and they are consistently beautiful and high quality. Highly recommend!

Flowers by Richard was great! They made a mistake on my order at first (fewer roses delivered than advertised) but then rectified my order no questions asked. Hopefully they will correct any misleading advertisements on their website to prevent this from happening again. Thank you for fixing the mistake!

Flowers by Rich didn’t have the specific kind of roses in the ad, so they used standard roses, which cost more, at no additional to me. They got them on time to my recipient’s workplace day-of with only a few hours notice. They even called me to confirm that the substitution was okay. Great service!

After ordering flowers and being let down 4 hours later with only sorry due to supply issues we cannot do your order Flowers By Richard Inc came through and still made the delivery on 9/23/24.
