Flowers are excellent and early delivery was of great importance, or it would have been pointless since she was gone most of the day. That is why I am a repeat customer.

I placed a flower delivery order through someone else in the area. After they were not able to follow through on their promise same-day delivery on Mother’s Day, I ordered through Flowers by Richard. They saved the day and made my stepmother extremely happy to receive her flowers on Mother’s Day! Because I had ordered last-minute they didn’t have the flowers that I had ordered online, but they called me right away and asked me what I had wanted and what they could do for me instead. The flowers that wound up being delivered were even more full and beautiful than what I had originally ordered. The fact that they were still taking orders on Mother’s Day and were able to fulfill the promise and deliver it in a timely fashion means everything! Flowers by Richard goes above and beyond, the communication and delivery of promise makes them far superior to any other floral shop I have dealt with! Thank you so much!

This is the first time I have used this business for flowers. They are elegant, well done, promises kept, promises delivered timely. A five star review, local for Myrtle Beach and you can bet next time i need some, I know where to go. My wife was stunned how great they were and the details involved from preparation, wrapping, to early delivery. A definite win for them and me!

Flowers by Richard, Inc. literally saved Christmas! We ordered a Christmas arrangement for my in-laws the day of Christmas Eve, in a panic when another florist did not come through. The flowers were delivered that day, Christmas Eve, and were absolutely gorgeous! Flowers by Richard did in a few hours what the other florist could not accomplish with three days notice. I would absolutely recommend and trust them with future floral gifts.

FBR has done an amazing job every time I’ve used them. There is another florist in town I used but they became inconsistent with quality and delivery. Thankful I found Flowers by Richard! The shop has a great website and has always been professional with communications and delivery times. As my wife said, “these are the best flowers I have ever sent her. They are bright and fragrant!” PS: she has gotten a lot of flowers over 20 years!

Most beautiful arrangement ever! Even better than the website picture

I have ordered flowers from Richard’s many time and they are consistently beautiful and high quality. Highly recommend!

Flowers by Richard was great! They made a mistake on my order at first (fewer roses delivered than advertised) but then rectified my order no questions asked. Hopefully they will correct any misleading advertisements on their website to prevent this from happening again. Thank you for fixing the mistake!
